基层气象台站霜冻短期预报方法研究

摘 要:本文用“农业气象信息及预报工具平台”分析了气象台站自动站每天24小时连续观测资料(A文件),得出如下结论:
基层气象台站短期霜冻预报的关键是最低气温预报。最低气温预报可采用多元线性回归方法,建立预报方程。在已建立的若干预报方程中,发现相对湿度、露点温度、风速等是重要预报因子。14点后,用预报方程做出的次日最低气温预报,平均标准误差已减小到2.1℃。经平流订正后,预报误差可减小到1.0℃以下。

Abstract: This paper USES the "agricultural meteorological information and forecasting tool platform" to analyze the 24-hour continuous observation data (A file) of the meteorological station automatic station, and draws the following conclusions:
The key to the short-term frost forecast of the basic meteorological stations is the minimum temperature forecast. The minimum temperature prediction can adopt the method of multiple linear regression and establish the prediction equation. Research findings: Relative humidity, dew point temperature and wind speed are important predictors. With forecast equation of the minimum temperature, the average standard error has been reduced to 2.1 ℃. After the advection corrections, prediction error can be reduced to less than 1.0 ℃
